1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Ironlith Tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Ironlith Tech provides software development, consulting, and related technology services. All services are provided subject to separate agreements, statements of work, or project proposals that specify the scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in work product developed by Ironlith Tech for a client shall belong to the client upon full payment. Ironlith Tech retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in the delivery of services.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in suspension of services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ironlith Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of business. This obligation survives termination of any agreement.

7. Changes to Terms

Ironlith Tech reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
